3 decades in THE RAF, Leading a team of 175.
COMMITTED tactical leadership and resilience.
Meet your coach:

Three decades in the Royal Air Force, flying on combat intelligence-gathering missions across the high-pressure environments of the Gulf War, the Bosnian conflict, and the unforgiving landscapes of Afghanistan – my military aviation journey wasn’t just a career; it was a series of learning opportunities in leadership, resilience, and adaptability under the harshest conditions.
In my final tour of duty, as the Commanding Officer of one of the RAF’s elite frontline intelligence-gathering squadrons, the challenge was elevated. It was an honour and a privilege to lead a formidable team of 175 dedicated professionals across operations, exercises and training on three continents.
Every day was a lesson in discipline, communication, strategic foresight, tactical planning and the nuanced art of leadership.
It was not just 31 years of flying, but leading, decision-making, and thriving under pressure.
From the battlefield, I’ve drawn rich insights into the dynamics of leading, adapting, and excelling.
Now, I recognise the parallels between the intensity of real-world conflict and the pressure, stress and challenges senior executives face in global corporations.
What’s on offer isn’t just coaching – it’s a rich tapestry of experiences, strategies, and leadership paradigms tested in real-world crucibles of conflict and command. While my post-graduate qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Institute of Leadership and Management in the UK underscores my expertise, it’s the 31 years of rigorous, real-life experiences that will set your coaching journey apart.
I challenge you to redefine the zenith of your leadership, to achieve beyond the ordinary.
Leveraging insights from my years of elite military aviation experience, together we’ll chart a course that propels you to the next levels of executive leadership that you know you are capable of.

My philosophy in life is to do my very best to leave people and places better than I found them, which is a principle my wife introduced to me after her experience at the John Ridgway Adventure School.
